"I typically do all of my own maintenance, but on my wife's 2013 VW Tiguan, I didn't have the time (or the desire) to replace the water pump myself. I called and they asked me to drop off the car to take a look and confirm that it was the water pump which they did. They quoted me a number that I was happy with so I gave them the go-ahead on the repair. They called the following day to say it was ready to go and my bill had come in well under the quoted number (saving me approx $130 under the quote). To date, a year on, no leaks or issues whatsoever with the repair. I am definitely satisfied with my experience at this location and am actually headed over to discuss another issue with them this week."
